During our apparatus training this weekend we delved into equipment maintenance and important safety checks, including:

- how to add new straps on the reformer and how to measure and test them for the correct length
- how to change out reformer springs and check footbars for proper tightness
- how to regularly inspect springs, hooks, loops, and carabiners on all apparatus, both for wear and tightness
