Thought we could all use some grounding 😌, so I’m sharing this Beet Lemon Market Special tomorrow 9:30-1.
And if you find that it’s not your jam (or hummus as it were 😜) I will have many other flavors in tow, including 🍃Harmony (spinach, arugula, coriander),
🍠Ayurvedic (roasted sweet potato topped with vegan kale pesto) and 🍋‍🟩Sonrisa (roasted poblano and jalapeño with cilantro and lime).

The vibes here EASILY superseded the “slight” chill in the air yesterday 😜. Between the welcoming smiles, music rocking, dance moves and coffee a flowing, meeting new (and visits from old) friends, and the tremendous support for , I was happy to be part of this community for the day!!! 🙏🏼💃🏻😊
And I only hope to do it again soon!!

As much as we all appreciate the outdoor markets year round 🙏🏼…sometimes it is simply not safe. As such, the market this Saturday has been canceled.

So, in attempt to shift along with the winter weather ❄️, I am offering deliver of on Saturday!
Here’s the details for ya:

✨ Flavors available:
*Mindful (simple lemon garlic)
*Harmony (alkalizing spinach, arugula, coriander)
*Ayurvedic (balancing sweet potato hummus
topped with kale pesto
*Kitchari (nourishing yellow lentil hummus with
toasted spices and veggies)
✨minimum order of three hummus for delivery
between 9 and 12 on Saturday

Due to the forecast 🥶, it has been decided it would be in everyone’s best interest to cancel this Sundays market .

It’s that timmmme…I have been making this ode the traditional Indian dish of Kitchari for a couple of years now, and it always makes me so happy ☺️. When I talk about chock full of goodness- THIS has got it!!!
For as many toasted spices and cooked veggies that I added to the yellow daal though, this is really very delicate both in flavor and on your systems.

I hope you can make it to the markets to give it a try. I’ll be at two this weekend, since I’ll be a guest vendor !!!
