This cannot be real. I’ve created my ultimate dream because of all of you that come a’ callin’. I knew you’d show up and I’d just have to be patient and then you came. And you keep on coming.

And the most magical thing is that I manifested a space so cozy and natural to work from. My home. This is why it’s soooo affordable and I get to spend oodles of time deeply truly and madly seeing your wild hearts.

Little secret time. When I was young I used to pretend I was the village shaman and I make potions to cure them. Ok when I was working in my lab bathroom at 7 yo shaving cream and mouth wash were added in Dixie Cups and given to the villagers (my cousins) for their different ailments. Didn’t really have access to botanicals but a girls gotta learn from some where. Why not in my parents bathroom in Inwood at 5000 Broadway.

🌲I cannot believe that it is almost December again, my friends.

As we get more distracted by technology, I’m finding my holiday traditions are becoming more about creating moments of magic.

🐿️ One of the magical things I’ll be doing is offering a chance to open a window from this sweet advent calendar when you come for Reiki in December. It’s so good to be surprised by the little things.

🎄Another is trying to create winter altars throughout my property. Friend of my heart, has been creating nature altars for years. I need him to teach me how. Before each session, I perform some rituals to help me center and ground for our time together. It starts with me getting very quiet and tapping into your energy using my intuition. It works even if I haven't met you and my intuition has never let me down.

The message involves which herbs and flowers I can blend to make your tea unique to your energetic signature. If I'm sensing stress, then lavender is definitely going in there. In need of a restart? Mint. Have you lost your connection to divinity? Purple Pea Flower. Forgot how beautiful you naturally are? Rosehips. And on and on.

I am always working on ways to keep things fresh in my practice. As the days shorten, this is what I've added to my apothecary.
