The New Castle City Police are partnering with New Castle County Paramedics and Good Will Fire Company to deliver "Hands ONLY CPR Training" to the public.

Within the New Castle area, more than 75% of the calls to 911 reporting a victim in cardiac arrest go WITHOUT bystander CPR! Survivability can be INCREASED when we Lend a Hand to Save a Life.

This is a free opportunity for us all to not only see something and say something, but to also become more familiar and comfortable to DO SOMETHING.
