Happy administrative professionals to do to the best of the best Shoni Baxa and Shannon Rene!

Let’s be honest… without you:
• This place would be painfully quiet and way less fun
• There would definitely be lingering “mystery smells”
• Medicaid would probably miss us (because we wouldn’t be calling every other day to keep them on their toes 😉)
• And our Cricut machine would just sit there collecting dust instead of creating all the magic

You keep everything running, organized, and (somehow) entertaining and we’d be completely lost without you.

But on a serious note, what you do truly matters. Because of you, our patients have the volunteers they deserve for companionship, our billing stays organized, and the behind-the-scenes work that keeps everything moving actually gets done. You make a real difference in the care and support we provide every single day.

We love your “get after it” attitude and your belief that everything is figureoutable, because you prove it daily.

Thank you for all that you do! we appreciate you more than you know 💚

This honor places us among the Top 25 hospice providers nationwide based on caregiver satisfaction scores. This is a reflection of the dedication of our nurses and staff providing compassionate, high-quality care to our patients from the eyes of their caregivers and loved ones.

The Hospice CAHPS (Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems) survey captures real feedback from families and caregivers, making this award especially meaningful. It represents the trust our community places in us during life’s most important moments.

Each stitch in this quilt represents gratitude, respect, and remembrance. Through the hands and hearts that created it, this quilt carries a simple but powerful message: you are seen, you are appreciated, and your service will never be forgotten.

At Cottonwood, it is such a privilege to care for those who have served our country. Moments like this remind us why honoring our Veterans is such an important part of the work we do.
