Holiday Update:
Join us tonight in A calm somatic paddle board sound bath release in gratitude 🦃🙏🏻🌊 Beatrice Mary Family YMCA
Thanksgiving is Thursday and we don’t have any sessions Thursday and there will be no sessions on Friday either at St. John Lutheran Church ELCA Beatrice, NE
I will see you for a calm reset yoga flow Nov 30 @ 4-5 pm Yoga at the Beatrice YMCA.
Update on next Monday Dec 1 through Thursday Dec 4th there will be no paddleboard, sound bath or Yoga!
And I will see you at St Johns Dec 5th for our calm Soundbath reset at 5:15-5:45 pm and a calm reset yoga flow at 6-7 pm.
