Eastex offers an extensive and comprehensive list of Occupational Medicine and Health related services to meet the needs of our region's various industries. All testing will be performed by experienced, certified staff and delivered to you in a timely manner. Some of our Occupational Services include:

-DOT Physicals
-Work Related Physicals
-Drug Screening
-Alcohol Screening
-Respiratory Fit Test and Questionnaires
-EKG
-Audiometry
-TB Testing (1 and 2 Step)
-Immunizations and Vaccines
-Spirometry
-Vision Testing (Snellen, Titmus, and Ischara)
-X-Rays (including B Reads)
-Worker’s Compensation Injuries (in-network with most major insurances including Texas Mutual)
-And more as we strive to be the one-stop shop for all your Occupational Medicine needs. Our testing and treatments are offered during business hours and after most industries' standard workday hours to allow convenient testing and care so that employees do not have to miss a shift time or work hours. For efficient billing and results reporting, please reach out to our Occupational Medicine Department directly for Price Lists, Authorization Forms, and Direct Billing options.
