Amber has been part of the Avir at Beaumont team for the past three years and truly enjoys supporting both our staff and residents every day. Her passion for helping others and dedication to her team help create a positive environment where residents can thrive.

This week we had a little fun celebrating the incredible team that keeps Avir at Beaumont running every single day! From our taco bar lunch to Decade Day and appreciation gifts, it was our way of saying THANK YOU to the people who make this community so special.

Our staff are more than employees, they are the heart of what we do. Their compassion, dedication, and hard work make a difference in the lives of our residents every single day.

Mr. Kelly began therapy requiring maximum assistance for daily tasks and transfers. With dedicated work and support from his therapy team, he progressed to moderate assist for ADLs and stand-by assist for feeding, transitioning from a Broda chair to a standard wheelchair.

His strength, mobility, and independence have greatly improved, a success worth celebrating.
