🥣 Yogurt Bowl�• 1 cup Greek yogurt�• 1 scoop collagen (unflavored or chocolate)�• 1/2 cup granola�• Fruit (berries or banana)�• Drizzle honey or peanut butter
👉 Mix collagen into yogurt first, then add toppings
☕ Coffee / Tea�• Hot coffee or tea�• 1 scoop unflavored collagen
👉 When to add collagen:�Stir in after pouring, dissolves best in hot liquid.
