We had a blast this weekend at the 5th annual Mr. and Miss Miraculous pageant!

The Mr. and Miss Miraculous pageant was created in collaboration between local mom’s and their daughters and our friends at Adaptive Sports for Kids.

Spindletop Center was a proud partner for this event and is thankful to everyone that turned out to support the participants. We’re already looking forward to the next one!

This morning, we had the opportunity to present our Metamorphosis: A Year to Strive and Thrive Award to our March recipient!

Spindletop Center is proud to announce the newest recipient of the Metamorphosis: A Year to Strive and Thrive Award is Sheri Aldrich!

Sheri is the Grant Writer & Program Planner here at Spindletop Center.

"Sheri continues to excel in her role, going above and beyond. Her ability to cross-collaborate with department leaders and program staff have been exemplary and are a direct correlation to the success we have seen. Her keen attention to detail and forward thinking propel her to seek and find opportunities that will enrich the lives of those we serve."

On Friday last week we held our annual IDD Fun Day!!

Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) Fun Day is such an important and amazing day for our staff and clients in IDD services, and we're so thankful to all the volunteers from the community and Spindletop Center staff that contributed to making this one another success!
