Lately in clinic we have been discussing with parents the importance of good quality sleep by decreasing personalized screen time as much as possible, but at least 2 hours before bed time, paired with a good sleep ritual. We wanted to share a recent post from one of the nations leading medical journals that highlights the need for changes in how we (in the articles case, adolescents) use digital media, and how we sleep.
