If you feel frozen, it isn’t because you’ve failed to move forward. It’s because something within you is asking to be understood before it can release you.

Use this time to listen inward, to notice what needs acknowledgment, to let clarity form without pressure. When the next step comes, it won’t feel forced. It will feel steadier, because it will be guided by self-understanding rather than urgency.

Choose those who respect your boundaries, who handle your vulnerability with care, who bring calm instead of confusion. You are allowed to protect your peace. You are allowed to close doors that no longer feel aligned.
