As the year comes to a close, this gentle yoga class offers space to slow down, breathe deeply, and turn inward. Through soft movement, mindful stretching, and moments of stillness, you’ll be invited to reflect and gently release what no longer serves you.
This is a nourishing practice designed to restore balance, calm the nervous system, and help you transition into the new year feeling grounded, present, and at ease.
