Our Story
Fuller Physical Therapy is known for top quality therapy to its patients, and dedicated, ongoing involvement with the communities it serves. Founded by Chris Fuller PT, DPT, all locations employ professional therapists with expertise in a full range of pain management: manual, trigger point dry needling, aquatic and vertigo therapies. The clinics deal with all ages, including a new program for special needs children. Fuller also has one of the few aquatic therapy machines in the state. Outpatient locations are in Beaver Dam, Leitchfield, Morgantown, Princeton, Providence and Owensboro. Each is dedicated to creating an individualized patient plan for pain relief and enhanced mobility due to illness, accidents, sports injuries and other challenges.
