Starting January 1, 2026, Premier Therapy is thrilled to partner with Fulton Manor Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Wauseon, OH to deliver high-quality physical, occupational, and speech therapy services.

Together, we’re focused on collaboration, innovation, and helping residents achieve their highest level of function and well-being. We can’t wait to get started!
