For many of us who are . . . ahem . . . a bit older, we remember hanging out in coffee shops, book stores, arcades, malls, etc., and while those still exist (well . . . maybe NOT the arcades or malls), it can often be hard for people to find places to hang out these days!

We believe fitness can serve as a third space!
