We love our patients and we love all of your leaves filling up our Gratitude Tree! 😍

One aspect of health is remaining grateful! The part of your brain that deals with anxiety is the same part that focuses on thankfulness, which means when you’re in a state of gratitude, your brain is too busy to be anxious - which is why it’s important to spend time focusing on the good things! 🥰

Dr. Beth had the honor of speaking at the AWDA Certifications last week - getting to educate as well as adjust the officers AND their dogs about the importance of chiropractic & how it affects all of our performance!

It’s such an honor to be able to promote the benefits of chiropractic to our community, and especially our first responders! 💙

We ended up with an amazing response for our food drive! 😍 Thank you so so much for showing up and spending money/time to help those who need food in our community!

Your generous contributions are SO appreciated, and we were SO grateful to be able to donate such a phenomenal amount of food to Twelve Loaves Soup Kitchen and Families Matter Food Pantries!

What a great way to head into fall! 🥰🍂
