Please remember to care for yourself during the high heat days 🥵☀️ While the sun may chase away winter lows, these high, constant temperatures can cause mood disturbances in any of us. 💊 Certain medications do not respond well to high heat and excess sunshine. Dehydration 💧 also can cause mood and symptom changes ~ please check in with your providers if you feel that the heat is harder to beat than normal. Stay cool 🆒 friends 😎🧊
