Welcome to 2026! Our 30th year in practice. We're going to be featuring different glasses frame lines each month of this year. If you purchase from the featured frame lines within their feature month, you'll be entered into a drawing for a gift card. Drawings will be held at the beginning of the following month, and winners will be notified by phone/text/email.

Introducing Dr. Clarissa Burns! Dr. Burns has joined our practice and will be seeing patients with us beginning next week. Here's a little bit of information about her:

Dr. Clarissa Burns started wearing glasses at a young age. When she started wearing glasses, she partook in some home-based vision therapy. These experiences while growing up sparked her interest in the field of optometry.

Dr. Burns is originally from Madison Township, Ohio. She completed her bachelor’s degree in biochemistry at Indiana Wesleyan University. She received her Doctorate of Optometry from the Southern College of Optometry. While in Optometry School, she was a member of the Fellowship of Christian Optometrists, and completed a mission trip to Costa Rica to provide eye care.

In her free time, Dr. Burns enjoys spending time with her parents, friends, two older sisters and their families. She has five nieces and one nephew. She enjoys boating on her parents’ boat, running, going to the gym, hiking, playing board games, swimming, cooking, and baking. She also enjoys volunteering in the nursery at church.

As 2025 winds down, we want to take a moment to reflect on the year. Thank you all for being part of our 2025. We are driven by being able to serve your vision needs, and very much look forward to continuing to to do so in 2026, and many years to come.

We're very excited about some big events coming in 2026! We will mark our 30th year as a practice, and will be adding another amazing doctor to our staff.

Stay tuned for introductions,and announcements about our anniversary celebrations! In the meantime, our office will be closed tomorrow, January 1, and will reopen for normal business hours on Friday, January 2.

'Tis the season! The season of being insanely busy. The season of rushing against the clock to make sure everything is ready for the perfect holiday celebrations.

More importantly, it's the season for family, friends, and comradrie. It's the season to be joyful, and grateful. It's the season to appreciate blessings, and dream of the wonders to come.

To celebrate the joy of the season, our office will be operating on the schedule noted below.

We wish you holidays filled with love, joy, and the wide-eyed excitement of children.
