Chakras are the energy centers of your emotions. They send indicators of where you are out of alignment. The emotions they house and the manifestations of imbalances as illnesses they create in that location are meant to bring your attention to the area/chakra to alert you where you need to most focus your attention to and heal whatever aspect of that emotion the area specifies. Sit with the area that you are drawn to. Look at the blocked or overactive section for that specific Chakra area. What emotion and limiting belief are you holding there? Gently guide your thoughts in the general direction of one of the balanced feelings for that Chakra and let yourself sit in the energy of the word you chose for as long as you need and let that energy fill your body. What you need is already within you, allow it to surface. 🙏🏻💙💫

This sunday, july 24th, some pretty amazing small businesses are coming together for an epiccccc collab S A L E and I'm going to be a part of it over at my friends group The Candid Virgo!

This collab event will be such a fun time and will last 8 hours! Each small biz will get 1 hour to present their items, but don't fret.. the posts will remain in the group until the featured small business owners decide to delete them!
