Yesterday was Father’s Day. And while that day can be joyful for many, Father's Day can bring up difficult thoughts and feelings: Some of us are grieving our fathers and the wonderful lives they gave us. But many of us have fathers who have ignored us, didn’t show up the way we would have liked, were abusive or abandoned us. Whatever your situation may be with the father in your life, take some time today for your own self-care, introspection and healing. Here is a special Love note from me to you.
