If shoulder pain is keeping you out of the gym, it usually means the root cause is being missed. The muscles around your shoulder aren’t sharing the load the way they should, so smaller tissues end up doing too much and start to hurt.

That’s why stretching or resting only helps for a short time. They don’t fix the real issue.

Pain in your lower back shows up fast when your body can’t keep up with the demands of training. Heavy lifts, long sessions, or prep for a competition all expose the spots that aren’t supporting you well.
