When you’re waiting for your meal…
• Make eye contact.
• Stay hopeful.
• Believe with your whole heart that something wonderful is coming.

Just sit.
Trust.
And wag internally.

Because sometimes the magic isn’t just in the meal…
It’s in the joyful expectation.

Also… if fries arrive, maintain composure but stay alert.

🐾 Riley Wisdom of the Week 🐾

Even good dogs get overwhelmed.

Sometimes the park is too loud.
Too many smells.
Too many dogs running at once.

When that happens, I don’t decide I’m a bad dog.
I pause. I shake it off.
I find my human.
I take a breath and get a belly rub.
Then I try again.

Overwhelm isn’t weakness.
It’s just your nervous system asking for a minute.

You don’t have to quit the park.
You might just need a pause.

When I’m unsure, I don’t run farther away…
I come closer.

Closer to my person.
Closer to my pack.
Closer to love.

Humans try so hard to do everything alone.
But you don’t have to.

If today feels heavy, let someone walk beside you.
Even strong hearts need support sometimes.

Dog Wisdom

I was born for the work Judith (my person) does in her office. I am there to greet clients with love and acceptance and help everyone feel comfortable and at ease. During coaching or hypnosis, I go into my little bed and offer my quiet support (and my tummy to scratch) until the session is over.

I never bark, growl, or bite. I offer my love to both adults and kids. Judith says I am her angel dog — sent to her by angels. 💜🤗

I am a certified Emotional Support Dog and I’m also certified through Pet Partners. I just love my work, and the clients love me. I want to share my humble wisdom on this page and help others on their journey of wellness.
