Members Linda and David had their last official session at Elevation this last week, with their move from Portland to Eugene complete. It’s been awesome of the last few years to see the fitness journey go from “where do we start?”…to chasing strength performance, learning about training for resiliency and longevity, and unlocking the confidence that the body is not fragile and can Do cool s**t via weight training💪😎.
Gonna be sad not having them around as they’ve become a huge part of the community, but they’re gonna be in good hands in Eugene👊.

We start with a Complimentary Strategy Session. During this session we discuss your goals, health history and any roadblocks you may have, so we can get a clear picture of what you need to be successful.
We will then perform a full Nutrient Analysis where you and your coach will assess your nutrient needs, food intolerances, lifestyle and eating habits, readiness/ability and much more. Your coach will provide you with two comprehensive guides to start you off strong and full of confidence.

You will leave this session feeling ready to conquer your goals with your Nutrition Coach by your side the whole time.
