It's a double up week!!!
I have a surgery scheduled for next Wednesday so will be taking the following week off to rest and recover and would love to go in feeling prepared with a little cushion. This is a great time to please buy gift cards, meals for loved ones, tell your friends and family and spread the word! Asking for help is never easy, but this is a crazy time for so many of us and if you can find it in your heart I'd seriously appreciate any help we can get. Thank you so much for your love and support so we can continue to grow and feed you all and take the time to rest when we need it. Orders are due by Saturday 4/18 for Tuesday 4/21 pickup or delivery. Happy ordering.

People have been asking how I've been able to be so consistent in the gym lately, and honestly, I'm learning to having fun again. I think for a long time movement was embedded in my brain as punishment and now I'm remembering how amazing it feels to move my body in whatever way I want. I'm remembering not to be so rigid with what I need to do and just enjoying whatever feels good in the moment. Reminder to do the things that scare you and show up for yourself because you deserve it 👏 💯 ✨️ 👌🏼
