Get ready for exciting changes! Next week we transition to our new booking system, Square. You can expect:
Potential Cancellation Emails:
During the transition period, you may receive a cancellation email. Please rest assured that this is part of the migration to our new system. We want to emphasize that your appointment is still scheduled, and we look forward to seeing you at the originally agreed-upon day and time. We ask that you diligently check your appointment reminders from Square, which will arrive 2 days prior to your appointment, to be sure the details are correct.
Updated Prices:
To support our growing business, and invest in enhancing your experience, we will be updating our prices. However, if you have booked an appointment prior to July 3rd, the previously listed price will still apply to your appointment until August 1st. We value your loyalty, and this adjustment will not affect the rates you have already confirmed for July appointments.
Re-entering your Credit Card Information:
As part of moving to the new system, you may be required to reenter your credit card details when booking an appointment. This is so that we have them on file. Please note that this card will not be charged until after your appointment, as per our existing payment policies.
