Did you know dental cleanings go beyond a good tooth scrubbing? 🦷🪥

Before every dental cleaning, we use full-mouth x-rays to check for issues below the gum line. We also evaluate and chart each tooth’s health, looking for abnormal loss of gum tissue (AKA periodontal pockets), which can become filled with infection causing bacteria.
