What if your confidence didn’t come from “doing more”… but from embodying more of who you already are?

One of our retreat attendees said it best:

“This experience strengthened my confidence around offering my gifts, especially around trust, consent, and presence. I feel clearer asking for permission, holding space, and allowing others to receive my gifts. That level of confidence changes everything.”

If you’ve been craving space to reclaim your wholeness and move forward with clarity, not hustle—this is for you.

Enrollment for The Intuitive Leader Retreat closes Feb 26.

You’ll get 3 exclusive bonus calls before the retreat to anchor your growth, the first one starting Feb 3.

Drop “RETREAT” below or DM me if you want the details.
You don’t have to become someone else. You just need the right space to return to yourself.

A lot of people ask:

“How do I know if I’m leaving because I’m avoiding something… or because it’s actually time to go?”

Whether this is about starting a business, changing a job, a relationship, a political ideology, or even something lower stakes like cutting out sugar...

Here’s the part most people skip:

You can’t answer that question from inside activation when you’re feeling all the feelings.

When your system is overloaded, every option feels urgent.
Everything feels heavy.
Every decision feels like it has consequences you can’t afford.

That doesn’t mean you’re bad at deciding.
It means your capacity is exceeded.

Discernment doesn’t come from thinking harder.
It comes from settling first.

When the body is regulated:
• decisions get quieter
• urgency drops away
• there’s less storytelling
• grief can exist without panic

And clarity feels clean, not dramatic.

🎧 Yesterday’s podcast episode on Your Yes Filled Life walks through this distinction in a very real, very human way, especially for people who tend to stay longer than they should.

If you’ve been telling yourself you “should be clearer by now,”
this is your permission to pause instead.

P.S.
If you’re craving space where your body can actually land -without pressure to decide - the Intuitive Leader Retreat exists for this exact season.

Details are on my bio when it feels right.

The most exhausting question isn’t “What should I do?”
It’s the one that loops beneath everything:

“Should I stay… or should I go?”

If that’s the question in your body, here’s what I want you to hear:

You’re not indecisive.
You’re not behind.
You’re not broken.

Your identity has already shifted, and your nervous system is still catching up.

Here’s how this shows up:

☑️ Staying feels heavy… but so does leaving.
☑️ Clarity flickers in but then it’s gone. And you’re back to overthinking.
☑️ Even your prayers or meditations feel like echoes.

At this level, urgency isn’t always truth.
And slowness isn’t always wisdom.

Sometimes, the difference is nervous system regulation:

A reactive “no” comes with pressure and panic.

A regulated “no” might still have grief… but it feels clean.
No drama. No urgency. Just truth.

🎧 In today’s episode of Your Yes-Filled Life, I unpack:
→ What staying looks like when it starts to cost you your integrity
→ How to spot the difference between fear and a boundary
→ And why most thoughtful leaders actually stay too long

This isn’t about forcing clarity. It’s about learning to recognize it.

If you’re there right now, this episode was made for you.

📍PS: The Intuitive Leader Retreat was built for this exact in-between.

You don’t need more answers.
You just need a space where your system can finally land.

If this hit home, DM me “RETREAT” and I’ll share the details when you’re ready, no pressure.

If your nervous system feels fried… but your to-do list never seems to shrink…

It’s not a mindset issue. It’s a leadership issue.

And most of the women leading big missions were never taught how to lead their energy first.

You’re the go-to for everyone else.
The one holding the vision, the clients, the calendar, the team.

But behind the scenes, your body feels wired-tired.
Your boundaries feel paper-thin.

And even your “breaks” leave you feeling more depleted than before.

In this powerful conversation with Dr. Kimberly Wilson on Leadership Beyond Burnout, I broke down the role of nervous system leadership for high-achieving women and why regulating your energy is the strategy.

If you’ve been told that “empathy” means absorbing everyone’s emotions…

What if the real power is in learning how to care without carrying?

You’re the one everyone leans on. You feel it all, and it wears you down.

You want to support others and feel safe in your own energy again.

At the last retreat, one woman put it perfectly:

“I can still participate, still care, but from a protected, grounded place.”

If you’re craving that kind of energetic safety...
This Oregon retreat isn’t just a getaway, it’s a remembering.

If you keep asking yourself “Should I stay or should I go?”
it’s not because you’re flaky, confused, or afraid to commit.

The topic could be anything… when to leave an event, a relationship, a job, unfollowing someone on social media, being part of a networking group, knowing when to speak up.

It’s because something in you already knows
that the version of you who said yes…
and the version of you who’s here now
are not the same.

Here’s the part no one tells high-performing, intuitive people:

When your identity is shifting, decisions feel louder before they feel clearer.

You might notice:
• you keep revisiting the same choice
• you feel tired thinking about it
• you wonder if you’re “overreacting” or “being too sensitive”
• you want relief, not answers

That doesn’t mean you’re meant to leave.
And it doesn’t mean you’re meant to stay.

It means your nervous system needs enough safety to tell the truth.

Clarity doesn’t come from pushing harder.

It comes when your body settles enough to know the difference between:
• wanting out to escape discomfort
and
• walking away because staying would require self-abandonment

That distinction is subtle.
And it’s everything.

🎧 I talk through this in depth on “Should I stay or should I go? How to know what fits your new identity “ on Your Yes Filled Life.

P.S.
If you’re in a season where this question keeps coming up, the Intuitive Leader Retreat is where we slow this process down enough for your body to land without pressure, fixing, or rushing.

“I don’t know if I should stay or go.”

If you’ve been circling that thought - on any topic, here’s what I want you to hear:

You’re probably not confused.
You’re probably in a high pressure environment that isn’t giving you a chance to process what you’re feeling.

Most of the people I work with already know what they want, they just don’t feel settled enough in their body to trust it yet.

So everything feels noisy:
You go back and forth.
You second-guess yourself.
You wonder if you’re avoiding something… or if you’re finally being honest.

That’s not a mindset problem.
That’s a nervous system asking for safety.

Both of these can sound like “I want to leave,” or “I need a change”. Only one comes from will feel like an aligned decision that isn’t avoiding something.

I unpack how to tell the difference in this week’s podcast,
especially for intuitive, high-performing and high-integrity people who take their decisions seriously.

Should I stay… or should I go?

This is one of the most tender questions high-capacity, intuitive people wrestle with - usually in silence.

Because wanting to leave doesn’t always mean the same thing.

Sometimes it’s an activated nervous system looking for relief.
And sometimes it’s regulated clarity protecting what matters.

They can sound identical.
Only one comes from steadiness.

In today’s podcast episode, I break down how to tell the difference without rushing yourself, overriding your body, or turning this into a mindset problem.

If you’ve been asking this question about a job, relationship, role, or season of life…
this episode is for you. I mean… it’s rough out there.
