Well my current office landlord showed my office without informing me to someone else. Now he is going to rent it to that person. What he wants to do is force me into a room that has been mostly empty for the five years I have been here, and is definitely smaller and not as nice as mine. So to do what he wants I would have to put some of my things in storage. AS the person renting from him in this office longer than any other tenant. I am not happy. So I believe I have found some where just a mile from my apartment on a great bus route, for the same price, slightly larger, and definitely cooler in the summer. Because I had an office there years ago no credit check needed. Plus this one has handicapped toilets, and elevator, and a super location without any steep inclines to walk on. 20 minutes to get there on the bus. Say a prayer it works out as well as it sounds. You'll need to let me know when you get there if it is after hours so I can let you in. It is a B class building not a C class building. A step up for me. More for the same which I like. Hope to move by the month's end. I should have the furniture I need that can be disinfected then also, my massage license will be renewed, and I will definitely be back to work in full compliance with the plandemic regulations.

I am still working on making my office Phase One Compliant. So I have not returned to work yet. I hope to return to work later in August. For those of you who have gift certificates that have expired, please know they will still be honored.

Being in the age, blood type, and other risk factors group: I will not be doing massage until social distancing is lifted in Oregon. If your gift certificate expires before then do not worry, all expiration dates have been extended indefinitely. Stay well and take extra care of yourself. My prayers are with all of you.

I am back at work now. For many weeks I just couldn't make it in for a variety of reasons. Now I would love to be extra busy and get all of you who have been waiting. All the issues with my feet have been taken care of.

Since a year ago in January many of my massages have been in excess of two hours. If you do not drink enough water or exercise regularly these longer massages can create a cleansing reaction called a healing crisis, but only if you are not giving your body what it needs to process these toxins we release during your massage. If that has been happening to you: 1) we can limit your massages to two hours, 2) I can give you the information based on research of ways to help your body to process the toxins so there is little or no reaction to you. Releasing the toxins is necessary for long term good health, and needs to be done so you can lose weight. More and more research is showing that toxins in our bodies can slow down or completely stop our ability to lose weight. I will be sending out a series of emails that explain what happens and helpful things that will eliminate or minimize if you are severely toxic those reactions. There are foods and other things that can also help with this process. Some of the things will be easy to implement and usually is is good to start there and add more positive lifestyle changes after you have made the easy ones part of your life. Making small changes can dramatically improve our lives especially as we get older. You can search on healing crisis or cleansing reactions to get the information yourself or I will send you results of the extensive research I have done. Choose the easy ones to start and add the ones that will take less time to begin the process. Good health is worth it. Flu like symptoms, general cruddy feelings, excessive pain after a massage lasting more than just a short period of time are indicators that your body can't process all that is being released.

April 4th 1990 when I was first licensed I charged $35 for an hour massage and $45 for 90 minutes. Everyone booked for one hour and always got 2 hours for their $35.

No one is jumping on the band wagon for that special. Well yes it isn't the lowest price i have ever done. But I am reserving that price for someone willing to make a commitment to take regular care of themselves. Yep I'll do in addition to the smaller option already mentioned, I will yet again do 10 ultra long massages for $500. Search on two hour massages (you won't find longer ones advertised) and see what other people charge for them if you don't think it isn't a phenomenal value. You are worth it.
