The Root Chakra (Muladhara) governs your sense of safety, security, and stability. When stress piles up—travel, family, finances—it can cause this chakra to tighten, leaving you feeling scattered or fearful.

To rebalance, take three slow breaths with both feet flat on the ground. Visualize red energy at the base of your spine spreading downward into the earth like roots. This simple grounding practice reconnects you to safety and presence.
