We get that insurance can feel overwhelming or confusing, so we’re here to help you sort out the best option for your evaluation and financial needs. We have highly flexible payment plans, take a variety of payment types, and offer both self-pay and insurance-based options.

Dr. Caedy Young Hildebrandt, Ph.D. (she/her/hers), is the owner of Axon Diagnostics. She is a licensed psychologist in Oregon and exclusively offers assessment services. If you have questions about ADHD, autism, dementia, brain injury, or other cognitive concerns, Dr. Young is eager to assist you with a comprehensive, data-driven evaluation to provide diagnostic clarity, treatment planning, and resources for support to help you meet your goals. She also loves working with folks during their gender journey by providing letters of support/readiness for gender affirming surgery.
