Creative Movement is an invitation to learn through observation and play in a supportive non-judgmental environment!

All ages and abilities are welcome for the forty five (45) minute sessions which engage participants in warm-up exercises; movement exploration rooted in basic movement vocabulary; creative prompts allowing for imagination and emotional expression and a calming cool-down.

Through creative movement children develop self-awareness; improve communication and collaboration skills; build confidence; enhance emotional regulation and practice understanding and empathy.

No prior dance experience is needed—just a willingness to move, explore, and have fun.
