I had an amazing time popping up at the Pikeview Manner Apartments with the folks who came out to practice yoga with me. Finding calm in the cave was epic! The weather is completely uncooperative lately, but as soon as we get a clear day...I'M POPPING UP AGAIN! Stay tuned.....
