Full-Time Position
Monday–Thursday (38 hrs/week)

Front Desk Responsibilities
Welcome patients with a friendly, professional attitude
Answer phones & schedule appointments
Explain programs & pricing to patients
Scan/upload documents into EMR
Check out patients using QuickBooks

Back Office/Clinical Responsibilities
Triage and obtain vital signs
Draw labs and administer IM/SQ injections
Educate patients on self‑injections & nutrition
Assist providers with in‑office procedures

What We’re Looking For:
Outgoing, friendly multitasker
Exceptional customer service & communication skills
Strong work ethic & professionalism
Organized with great time‑management

Requirements:
High school diploma/GED
Graduate of an accredited WV MA program
Medical Assistant certification
Basic computer skills
Lab experience preferred (1+ years)
