On Monday, January 26, the VA clinics (CBOCs) in Greenbrier and Princeton will be closed.

The Beckley VA Medical Center is currently planning to open on a two-hour delay at 10:00AM

Schedulers will contact Veterans to reschedule appointments or convert existing appointments to virtual visits. Veterans who have a scheduled appointment and do not hear from us, please call to reschedule.

• Inpatient services remain unaffected
• For community care appointments, please check with your local provider's care team to confirm appointment availability. The 24/7 Emergency Room at the Beckley VA Medical Center remains open.
• VA Employees: Please work with your supervisor for specific reporting instructions.

If you have an appointment starting before 10:00AM your care team will reach out to reschedule.

Appointments starting at or after 10:00AM will be honored: however, if vou feel travel to your facility is unsafe, please do not travel and contact your care team for alternate options.
