This weekend, 32 dedicated Vetcor veterinarians gathered at the Universal Imaging Center in Bedford Hills, NY, for an immersive ultrasound training. Under the passionate guidance of Dr. Gregory R. For the past 3 years, Universal along side Agfa Radiology Solutions have lent our incredible portable digital radiography system to Eli B. Cohen, DVM, DACVR, a veterinary radiologist, Gregory Lewbart, DACZM, DECZM, and their team to study the unique species of the Galapagos Islands. Here's a piece of what Dr. Cohen had to say about our clinical-industry collaboration: "[Universal Imaging and Agfa's donation] of state-of-the-art radiography equipment has supported this trailblazing research. We absolutely love working with and helping anyway we can on projects like these that advance the knowledge of not only the veterinary community but, in this special case, also the evolution of all living things. Currently we hold, administer, or sponsor over 75 veterinary education courses per year that we package with our new ultrasound systems.
