Hello there,

I’m Mika, a licensed art therapist and psychotherapist with a private practice in Northern Westchester, New York. With 16 years of experience, my journey has been focused on supporting women, primarily through one-to-one sessions, and guiding art-based women’s circles twice a week.

After the birth of my second child, I felt a deep desire to foster a community of women, united in supporting and holding space for one another for exactly where they are in their lives and started facilitating women’s circles.

As a lifelong learner, my commitment extends to continually deepening my understanding of myself, my profession, and my connections with others.

Beyond the office, you’ll often find me in nature, creating with natural found objects. Allowing nature to guide as co-facilitator 🌿✨
