Dr. Jessica Shursky, DPT recently had the opportunity to present to the team on Posture and Productivity in the Workplace.
During the session, we discussed how posture and workstation setup can impact comfort, energy levels, overall work performance. We also reviewed simple strategies to improve positioning throughout the day and reduce strain on the body and risk for musculoskeletal injuries.
