Because the Phoenix does rise from the ashes and in that moment you finally feel free. For me, this has happen multiple times in my life. Everything that’s ever happen in this lifetime wasn’t to me, but for me. Healing isn’t linear and happiness comes in waves, but you learn to ride that wave.
All we need is love. ❤️

Pisces is the end and beginning. The last sign of the zodiac. It’s like everything I thought I was over surfaced for the new beginning- to finally release, because metaphorically speaking we’re about to enter the new year with Aries season.
Pisces is a water sign. The fish. Deep in the ocean of emotions. I feel that intensely.
Anyways, it’s always okay to feel and isolate at times.

Because when it rains, sometimes it pours. Imagine the rain as a cleanse, then the rebirth and growth. Realizing you are not your thoughts is a life changing discovery, a pivotal moment. 🧘🏽‍♀️

•inversions- they happen to be my favorite// this is when the heart is always higher than the head. You do not have to be standing on your head, I just happen to enjoy that. 😉
•Inversions promote emotional growth, calm the mind & spirit, and guide energy to the heart. 🤍

The word yoga literally means “union” or “to merge,” the ability to show you-you.🧘🏽‍♀️
A little over a year ago I start my journey with yoga. To me, it was the mirror reflection, of meeting yourself on the mat even when we didn’t really feel like it. Determining who you are and what you want to be. Changing the fundamentals of ones existence.
You become flexible in your aspects of life in phycological structure, emotional structure, karmic structure. You essentially peel the layers back, you become aware of your sense of self.
Some days I was simply happy to do a flow in whatever way my body felt like moving and some days it was quite opposite- i just wanted to hold myself and cry. I brought awareness to my present emotions.
This is just the beginning of my journey, but I have started with officially being certified with 200 HR YTT. 🧘🏽‍♀️🌹
I’m just trying to accurately convey because this is my foundation. Stay tuned. 🤍
This Aries moon got me on fire. ♈️

Triggers are a place coming from that needs healed. Acknowledging the pain and humanity. Changing and transforming is a process that has to be acknowledged. This is the process. Helping ourself evolve.
Im also in this process alongside of you. I really want people to feel to be in a safe space to express themselves.
Your pain is not low vibrational. What you’re going through doesn’t make you a victim. I’m aware that we all need healing. Awakening isn’t this one step process.
What empowers people is to look at there pain and where they need healing, where we need to check out our heart space.
What are the questions you have asked yourself in your awakening? What is that to you? That multi layer that you keep peeling back, keep going beloved. Don’t disregard humanity and reality.
