We’re excited to offer a new Virtual Teen Group focused on building real-world skills for emotional regulation and stress management.

This group uses a DBT and polyvagal-informed approach to help teens better understand their nervous system, manage big emotions, and develop practical coping skills they can use at home, school, and in relationships.

Congratulations to Randy Stevens, MSW

We are proud to celebrate a major milestone for Randy Stevens, who has officially earned his Master of Social Work degree. This accomplishment reflects years of dedication, compassion, and steady commitment to serving others.

Randy is already making a meaningful impact in our community at both HOPE for New Hampshire Recovery and Through Liberty Counseling, and he’s just getting started. He will soon complete the requirements for his LADC, and from there will continue advancing toward dual licensure as an LICSW and MLADC. These next steps align naturally with his strengths as a clinician: grounded, client centered, and deeply invested in the work of recovery and healing.

We’re grateful to have Randy on our team and excited to support him as he continues his professional journey. If you know him, you know how hard he has worked to reach this point.
