We had the absolute privilege of hosting an in-service Lunch & Learn yesterday with the Case Management team of Centra Health— and what a wonderful time it was!
We are incredibly grateful for the opportunity to connect, share more about our services, and continue building a strong partnership to better serve Lynchburg and the surrounding communities. Our heart is to grow in a way that allows us to support more families in need of assisted living and memory care, and meaningful conversations like these make that possible.
A sincere thank you to everyone who joined us, enjoyed lunch, and took the time to learn more about how we can work together to support patients as they begin their next chapter. We hope you loved the food as much as we loved the fellowship!
