Say Hey to Jake Buchanan!
Jake is our Clinic Director and Physical Therapist at our Tyrone Clinic.

Jake is a 2016 graduate of Richland high School where he played basketball and baseball. After high school, he earned his bachelor’s and doctorate of physical therapy degrees from Slippery Rock University. While in college, he met and married his wife Taylor. Jake and Taylor, along with their two daughters, reside in Roaring Spring. Jake is a youth group leader and active member of his church and enjoys spending time with his family, running, and watching sports in his spare time.

Jake is passionate about helping people function at their highest level. He has experience working with neuro patients and has a special interest in sports rehab.
