What I’ve found again and again is that women are craving a space to feel heard. A space where they can open up, feel safe, and truly connect with others who understand what they’re going through.

In our women’s health coaching group, we dive deep into education around women’s health across the lifespan. We cover movement, nutrition, fueling, pelvic floor issues, sleep, stress, body image, and more.

One of the biggest takeaways?
So many of us don’t even realize how our daily habits are actually making us feel. Reconnecting to your body and mind and learning what works for you can change everything.

Each week, I ask the group to try just one small change in their routine. And every week, the shifts are incredible. More energy. Better sleep. More clarity and self-compassion.

I’m so proud of the women who’ve gone through this process already, and I’m even more excited to announce that enrollment is now open for the next group.

BIG NEWS! 🎉
I’m thrilled to finally share something I’ve been building with so much intention and heart — Amanda Weber Wellness is launching WOMEN’S HEALTH COACHING GROUPS!

From the beginning, Amanda Weber Wellness has been about more than just health. It’s about healing, connection, and empowerment. Over time, I noticed a common theme among my clients and community: so many women are craving a safe space to truly understand their bodies and minds, talk through their struggles, and learn how to build lasting, healthy habits that feel sustainable, not overwhelming.

That’s what these coaching groups are all about.
Together, we’ll explore the deeper “why” behind our wellness journeys, support each other in making meaningful change, and show up as the strongest, healthiest, most aligned versions of ourselves!

We’re currently in a small pilot round and it’s been incredible. I can’t wait to open the waitlist for the next group very soon. If you’ve been looking for a supportive, educational space to grow and connect, this might be exactly what you need.

The weather's warming up, and you’re probably starting to feel the energy to get out and move. I sure am!—whether that’s a weekend warrior adventure, hitting the pickleball or tennis courts, hiking new trails, biking through the neighborhood, or chasing after the kids at the park. WHICH I LOVE!!! 🚴‍♂️🎾🚶‍♀️

But, with activity levels on the rise, it’s common to notice some extra aches and pains creeping in. Have you noticed any discomfort or tightness as you ramp things up?

💜 Happy Mother’s Day to All the Incredible Moms 💜

Being a mom is the hardest job—full of selflessness, sacrifice, and strength. That’s why one of my favorite parts of what I do is creating space where moms get to hit pause on caring for everyone else… and care for themselves.

In our sessions, it’s all about you—your needs, your peace, your healing.

This Mother’s Day, give yourself permission to be a little selfish. Prioritize your well-being. Refill your cup. Because the best version of you is the best gift you can give to your family. 💆‍♀️✨💅

To the beautiful community of moms I’ve had the honor to serve and learn from—thank you. I see you, I celebrate you, and I’m grateful for you.

I had the pleasure of working with an amazing client who is expecting her first grandchild! 🎉 She came to me with the goal of increasing her mobility so she could be the best grandmother possible—getting up and down, rolling around on the floor, and staying active with her future grandchild. Talk about being proactive and setting yourself up for success!

This experience really reminded me of all my incredible clients who are doing the same—setting themselves up for success as they work toward their next movement goal. Whether it’s lifting aging pets in and out of the car, preparing for future movement, or focusing on pregnancy and postpartum recovery, it's crucial to set those movement goals and put in the work to reach them.

So proud of my clients who are staying ahead and making their health a priority! 🙌💪

One of the biggest conversations I have—whether with friends, clients, or even myself—is about the space between intention and action.

So what holds us back? Fear? Time? Not feeling ready? Maybe it doesn’t become a priority until it becomes a pain point—until it’s uncomfortable enough that staying the same isn’t an option anymore.

I see it all the time: we know what needs to change, we know what’s no longer serving us, but we hesitate. Because breaking the cycle feels harder than staying in it—even when it’s hurting us.

Who takes care of me? I get asked that a lot! The answer is, I look forward to my monthly sessions with Lisa at .nh —they're a chance for us to treat each other and focus on what my body truly needs. It’s dedicated time to improve my strength and mobility, which helps me keep up with everything I’m asking my body to do—whether that’s pushing myself at the gym or keeping up with the demands of my job.

What I love most is knowing I have an appointment on the books, giving me a scheduled moment to prioritize my body’s recovery while I’m also challenging it. And in case life throws something unexpected my way, like slipping on an icy walkway 🤷🏼‍♀️, we’re ready to treat it right away.

Plus, we always have a blast together!
