My name is Megan Sanders and I am currently opening my massage business Meg's Massage at "The Limestone Business Center" in Bedford, Indiana. I am a Certified & Licensed Massage Therapist of over 10 years with knowledge of: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Sports Massage, Cupping, and Hot Stone Massages. My background in massage is from Vincennes University where I obtained my certification/licensure, and also studied Sports Medicine. At the University I was taught evaluation techniques for sports injuries along with gait analysis, taping, and bracing. I strive to help my clients heal, recover, and reclaim their body. I sought out massage for alternative rejuvenating properties for those that can not take medications or seek a natural approach to recovering from accidents or pain. I have had over 10 years of experience using interferential stimulation machines, laser therapy, and ultrasound machines in order to help people with injuries; however, I have found that those techniques are not always beneficial for everyone. The body was made to heal itself and sometimes it simply needs a little help along the way. If you feel that Massage could be what best fits your personality and needs, or you have tried numerous of other treatments and would like to see if body work could help you find relief then please contact me. Wellll you cant say your massage therapist doesn't try to always be at work for you🤣😂 I drove into town before I saw the Red was posted this morning saw a couple amazing clients that as well came in and then we found out people were getting tickets for traveling so I 🛩 jetted out of there 🤣 allllll to then get stuck 100ft from my house!! Butttttt your girl trys and loves you all please stay warm and spend some time with your loved ones in this 🥶🥶 here are a couple videos to allow you to keep 🔥 and laugh at your "HARD HEADED MASSAGE THERAPIST" (Says my hubby) 😏

At MegsMassage & Self Care Center, my goal has always been to provide high-quality, personalized care in a calm and healing space. To continue offering the level of service, time, and attention you deserve, there will be a small price adjustment.

• Current price: $120
• New price: $130
• Effective February 1st, 2026

✨ To receive the current $120 rate, your appointment date must be scheduled before February 1st.

💆‍♀️ Even with the increase, the 90-minute massage remains one of my best values:
The 90-minute session is only $30 more than a 60-minute massage, but you receive an additional 30 minutes of hands-on care—more time to fully relax, address problem areas, and get the most out of your session.
