Community Resources Highlight!
The Parent Project is growing and expanding in Lawrence County to support parents and help children. Attached are two flyers with information about our upcoming classes. Registration links/information are on the flyers.
⭐Loving Solutions (Ages 5-10)
The Parent Project has partnered with Centerstone to bring this 10-week series for parents/caregivers raising children ages 5-10 and who are experiencing challenges. It will begin on Tuesday, January 6, 2026. For more information, please contact Tanner Romine at (812) 329-4950.
⭐Changing Destructive Adolescent Behaviors (Ages 11-18)
The 7th cohort for parents/caregivers raising strong-willed children ages 11-18 will start on Thursday, January 8, 2026. There is a $30.00 class fee, and scholarships are available. Past participants reported:
- 100% would recommend it to other parents.
- 98% feel they have the necessary skills to address their child's behavior.
- 91% found the course helpful.
⭐Preparing Our Kids for Success (School Attendance)
The Parent Project has partnered with North Lawrence Community Schools to offer this FREE 2-hour class for NLCS families whose children struggle with school attendance.
