✨ Meet Our Intern, Lily! ✨
Drawn to the science of psychology through both academic curiosity and personal experience, Lily brings a unique perspective to her work. Inspired by her own mental health journey and a family history of addiction, she developed a deep passion for supporting others in their healing. After earning her Bachelor’s in Psychology with a minor in Sociology from Transylvania University, Lily completed an internship at The Shepherd’s House, a recovery center in Lexington, an experience that cemented her commitment to the therapeutic process and led her to pursue a Master’s in Social Work at the University of Kentucky.
Now completing her student therapist internship with Camberwell, Lily is honored to be part of a team dedicated to compassionate, client-centered care. Her therapy style is person-centered, rooted in the belief that healing begins with a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, accepted, and empowered. Lily also believes that laughter has a place in therapy, using moments of humor to bring relief, connection, and perspective when the time is right.
Outside of the therapy space, Lily enjoys spending time outdoors, staying active, hanging out with her dog, keeping things organized, and of course, sharing a good laugh.
We’re so grateful to have Lily on the team and excited to support her as she continues her journey toward becoming a licensed therapist.
