I've created a protocol to boost the immune system and calm the nervous system during these trying times. Sessions are in my Metuchen office. Reach out with questions or to schedule an appointment.

In light of all the health concerns these days, I have put together a Deep Relaxation and Immune Support protocol at my office.

Session includes microcurrents for resetting the nervous system (to calm, as stress decreases immune function) and boosting the immune system, infrared heat, and gentle vibrations on the sound table to lull you into a relaxed state. No hands on. After set up, I will leave the room so you can rest and heal in isolation. Fee is $65 for a 60 minute session. Thank you 2020, for showing me that the pace and stress levels I was barely functioning with was unsustainable. Thank you for giving me the time and space to reflect, re-calibrate, and re-prioritize. Thank you for helping me to realize the things that were important, the things I wanted to change, the things I wanted to pursue, the things that really mattered but I didn't have the time for before. Thank you 2020, for bringing me home to my true self, and for giving me an entirely new perspective on life!
