When I ask a client if they meditate, many will say "I'm not good at it and I gave up trying."

This is a great reminder that most things in life are a PRACTICE. We all must start at the beginning and refine our skills. Allow yourself the same patience that you would extend to a child learning a new skill. Practice makes progress, not perfection.
