Congratulations Clarissa George, Infection Prevention RN/CEN, our Quest for Excellence winner for 2025! We are looking forward to honoring this year's outstanding Quest Winners at the banquet on November 13 at the Marriott in Indianapolis.
We are proud to announce Clarissa George as our 2025 Quest for Excellence winner! Clarissa has been a nurse for 10 years, beginning her career at Beech Grove Meadows right after graduation. Inspired by the care she received during the birth of her daughter, she pursued nursing to bring that same level of care and compassion to others.
Caring for others has always come naturally to Clarissa. From looking after her three siblings to following in the footsteps of her late father, her role model, who spent every Saturday feeding the homeless. Her father passed away almost three years ago, and she continues his legacy of kindness, generosity, and love in her nursing career.
Known for her empathy, positivity, and dedication, Clarissa leads with our CARE values every day. She loves serving seniors, making the most of this important stage in their lives, and is working toward her goal of becoming a Director of Nursing. Her peers admire her strong work ethic, and her DON describes her as “a true leader with all the right values, and a friend who is a joy to work with.”
Outside of ASC, Clarissa enjoys spending time at the beach and memorable moments with her family, including her daughter, Kyleigh, who is now fifteen, and her son, Ezekiel, who is six. We are honored to celebrate achievements with her and are truly blessed to have her as part of the Beech Grove Meadows family.
