We gave out 3 graduation certificates today. Only Lance is leaving. Zach and Chase are staying on as staff. This is such a strong group of guys and these 3 dudes have been leading the herd. It's so cool to see the light come on so brightly. Go do good Lance, we will miss your positive vibes.
